Dear Eden,

Now that spring is here, it's time to get outside and get moving! Join us for our second season of mbb Stroller Bootcamp beginning in May. Moms, dads, child-care providers and family friends are all welcome. Stroller-age children are all welcome.

Adult mbb Bootcamp has changed! This year we are personalizing each experience with the addition of new physical challenges, personal results tracking and implementation of exciting new equipment. As a group you choose the days, times, locations and fitness-focus.

Not an outdoorsy kind of exerciser? That's okay. New semi-private pilates REFORMER classes have just been added. Classes are held in Healthworks private Back Bay pilates studio - which means membership is not required and these classes are co-ed!

Stay tuned for exciting announcements in the next few months.

  • Classes meet on Commonwealth Ave & Berkeley in Boston's Back Bay.

SMALL-GROUP BOOTCAMP
DROP-IN CLASSES are SO OUT!
Get the BEST workout possible by training consistently with the same group.  
  • Get your group together (2-12 people). 
  • FLAT RATE for groups 2-12.
  • Choose when, where & frequency.

 MAY SPECIAL: FLAT FEE of $125 (2-12 participants)

REFORMER CLASSES

REFORMER SPORT: Wednesdays 5:30pm
Intermediate/advanced reformer class. fast-paced, hard-core workout including jump-board, short & long box, weights and bosus.

ESSENTIAL REFORMER: Wednesdays 6:30pm
Appropriate for beginners as well as those working to maintain their skills.  Designed to improve core strength, stability, body awareness, and tone.
 
REFORMER CLASSES:
Healthworks Back Bay.
 Limit of 5 students/class.
Membership not required.
Co-ed.
Registration required.
CLASSES BEGIN APRIL 21st
