"Boston’s Best Group Fitness Instructor Eden kicked some blogger ass during spin
class! I was dying after 5 minutes. And sweating buckets too! We did lots of sprints and jumps. Eden’s
high energy and dancing kept me going. She never gave us a break. Intense from start to finish! I haven’t
worked so hard in such a long time. Eden’s spin class was 10 times harder than running a Half Marathon.
Maybe I should check the schedule and see if I can attend her classes more often!"
